Geodesic dividend on Sept. 20

MUMBAI: The dividend to Geodesic Information Systems shareholders will be paid on September 20. At the AGM on August 25, the company declared 10 per cent dividend, according to a notification to the exchanges.

Other resolutions taken at the AGM include the appointment of Mr Vinod Sethi and Mr Rakesh Mathur as non-executive directors of the company.
