SMS facility from E-Meditek

Our Bureau

NEW DELHI: E-Meditek Solutions Ltd (EMSL), a third party administrator (TPA) in the health insurance sector, has introduced SMS (short messaging services) facility for enquiries on health insurance claims and status of identity cards. The automated information system will operate live on 24 x 7 basis and enable the enrolled policyholders to know the relevant status.

The proposed service will significantly reduce the travel time to the beneficiaries where the claimants are required to submit additional documents or information for finalisation of their claims. It will also enable the TPA to generate indicative alerts to the beneficiaries.
