Hardware SoftBrands' system for Avalon Our Bureau
BANGALORE: Business software vendor SoftBrands has announced that the Chennai-based Avalon Technologies has selected Fourth Shift as its enterprise resource planning (ERP) system. Avalon Technologies is a contract manufacturer and is engaged in the process of printed circuit board assembly, cable assembly and sheet metal components. With GE, Tyco and several other global manufacturers as customers, Avalon Technologies' manufacturing facility is a 100 per cent export oriented unit.
