New Projects EPE Process Filters' EOU Our Bureau
HYDERABAD: EPE Process Filters and Accumulators Pvt Ltd, a Techni Aids Group company, is setting up a 100 per cent export-oriented united (EOU) in association with K&H Eppensteiner GmbH and Company of Germany. The EOU, a 50:50 venture, would export pistons, hydraulic filters and components to all over the world, barring Germany. Announcing this here at a press conference on Wednesday, Mr D.N. Gauri, Chairman of Techni Aids Group, said the joint venture unit would be ready by the year-end. Mr Gauri, Chairman-cum-Managing Director of Salzgitter Hydraulics Pvt Ltd, another Techni Aids company, received the `National Award for Outstanding Entrepreneurship in Small-Scale Sector for the year 2002' from the Prime Minister on August 30. He said the group companies were backed by in-house R&D unit. "In the age of globalisation, companies should be able to compete globally or vanish," he said. The company registered a turnover of Rs 28 crore in the last financial year.
