24/7 Customer Canada head

BANGALORE: 24/7 Customer has announced the appointment of Mr Ian Cavanagh as the President of its new Canadian operations.

Mr Cavanagh will manage the company's operations there including the establishment of a Canadian "near shore" call centre that complements its offshore capabilities, said a company press release.

Mr Cavanagh was till recently the president of Daruma Consulting, where he focussed on providing strategic guidance to start-ups in Canada and the US.
