Mentor Graphics opens sales office in Bangalore

Bangalore , Sept. 17

MENTOR Graphics Corporation, a provider of electronic design automation (EDA) solutions to the global electronics industry announced on Friday the opening of its new sales and support facility in Bangalore.

Mentor Graphics has had a presence in India since 1996, with research and development facilities located in Noida and Hyderabad. The Bangalore office will have a 16-member team of direct sales specialists and expert application engineers , the company said in a press release.

The Mentor Graphics team will address the EDA needs of the multi-national companies located in India. CG-Corel will continue its present role as distributor for Mentor Graphics products.
