Cavin Cally to open 250 outlets in 2 yrs

CAVIN Cally Fashions (India) Private Ltd, a Chennai-based men's apparel company, has plans to open 250 outlets throughout the country in the next two years.

Besides, the company is expanding its product range to become a "men's complete lifestyle range". Announcing the company's plans, Mr Ramesh Tulsiyan, Executive Director, said the company would have 50 outlets by the year-end.

On Thursday, the company opened five outlets in Hyderabad. The company was also in talks with garments showrooms in Nepal, West Asia, Bangladesh, the US and the UK. "Our overseas operations would start next year," Mr Ramesh said.

"We are going to invest Rs 6 crore on capacity expansion. The expansion will be completed in 2005," he said.
