KOCHI: India Household and Healthcare, the sole licensee of LG Care FMCG products in the country, has unveiled LG's new range of premium international consumer products in the Kerala market. The products included toothpastes, shampoos, detergents, soaps and diapers.

India Household and Healthcare project the Kerala market to contribute about 10-12 per cent of the overall national sales. The company is expecting a business of Rs 15 crore in the first year of operations in the State, Mr K.V. Augustine, Associate Vice-President, Marketing and Sales, said. It has appointed 15 distributors and targeting 20,000 retailers in the State and the company is looking at an innovative mix of direct marketing, events and promotions to establish a close relationship with the consumers, he added.
