Canara Bank circles' ISO bid

MADURAI: THE circle offices of Canara Bank at Madurai and Thiruvananthapuram are to go in for ISO certification this year.

In a statement, the Assistant General Manager of the Madurai Circle, Mr V. Krishnan, said that already 531 branches of the bank have been ISO certified.

The aim is to reach a target of 750 during the year, he said, while distributing certificates to the participants at the `ISO special awareness training programme' conducted by the Regional Staff Training College of the bank here.
