Special Editions to expand reach

Chennai , Sept. 21

SPECIAL Editions, a men's garment retail brand from S&Y Mills, plans to expand its outlets to seven more locations in the South.

Speaking at the inauguration of the second outlet in Chennai, Mr Kishan Jain, Managing Director, S&Y Mills Ltd, said that the total investment into this retail foray would be Rs 6 crore.

S&Y Mills manufactures about 25,000 shirts per month. The company entered the retail segment a year ago. Besides the company's own brand, `Special Editions', the stores also stock brands such as Blackberry, Opera, Tibre, Basics, Inegriti, Gillete, Zodiac, Jockey, Bon Jour and Pepe.

The store has shirts ranging from Rs 395 and trousers from Rs 545.
