TBG bags Carrefour deal

Our Bureau

HYDERABAD: The Boston Group (TBG), a technology solutions provider, has announced that Carrefour, the second largest retail chain, has chosen it to execute simulated training content for its Supply Chain Management (SCM) software. The entire simulated training content will be developed at the company's Hyderabad centre.

This deployment is aimed at increasing the consistency and effectiveness with which training is delivered to Carrefour's employees to increase their proficiency levels in using the SCM software while reducing considerably the time a new user would take to get certified on Carrefour's SCM system.

The training content will be developed in seven Asian languages including English to be deployed and used by more than 20,000 users across Carrefour locations in Asia. It would be implemented initially at Carrefour, Thailand (Cencar).
