Satyam delists from HSE

Hyderabad , Sept. 21

SATYAM Computer Services Ltd has informed the National Stock Exchange that the company shares have been delisted from Hyderabad Stock Exchange with effect from September 20.

Pursuant to the members' approval obtained in the annual general meeting on July 23 for delisting of the equity shares of the company from the HSE, the company has made an application to HSE for delisting of the equity shares. In response to the application, HSE has intimated the company that the equity shares of the company stand delisted from HSE with effect from September 20.
