Jet plans Boeing to Rajasthan to meet passenger demand

JET Airways will be operating the larger Boeing 737 aircraft from October 1 this year to March 27 next year to meet the heavy tourist rush to Rajasthan this season.

In a statement, the airline said that the Boeing 737 aircraft will operate on the Delhi-Udaipur-Delhi and Delhi-Jaipur-Udaipur-Mumbai sectors.

However, on the Delhi-Jodhpur-Delhi sector, the airline will fly an ATR 72-500 aircraft daily.

The early morning Boeing 737 flight 9W-709 operating on the Delhi-Jaipur-Udaipur-Mumbai is scheduled to leave Delhi at 5.45 a.m. and arrive in Jaipur at 6.30 a.m.

After a stop of 30 minutes, the flight will leave for Udaipur, where it will reach at 7.45 a.m. It will leave Udaipur at 8.15 a.m. and arrive in Mumbai at 9.30 a.m.

In the return direction, flight 373 will leave Mumbai at 5.55 a.m. and arrive in Udaipur at 7.10 a.m. After a 30-minute stop the aircraft will leave and arrive in Jaipur at 8.25 a.m. The flight will leave Jaipur at 8.55 a.m. and arrive in Delhi at 9.40 a.m.
