Karnataka Bank opens 371st branch at Koparkhairane

MANGALORE: Karnataka Bank Ltd opened its 371st branch at Koparkhairane in Navi Mumbai recently.

A bank release said here that the bank is planning to take the total number of branches to 390 by the end of the current financial year. The bank intends to extend its geographical presence in select metros and urban centres and thereby expand its business and customer base.

Out of the 371 branches, core-banking solution is implemented in 232 branches.

The release said the bank proposes to network a few more branches to enable its customers to have "anywhere anytime" banking facility.
