Aga steps down from chairmanship

MUMBAI: Thermax Ltd has informed the BSE that at its board of directors meeting on October 1, Mrs A. R. Aga announced her stepping down as Chairperson of the board with effect from October 5. Mrs. Aga shall continue to be a director on the board.

The board has appointed Mrs. Meher Pudumjee, present Vice-Chairperson, as the Chairperson with effect from October 5.
