Jairaj Purandare is PwC Senior ED

PRICEWATERHOUSECOOPERS (PwC) on Sunday announced that Mr Jairaj Purandare has joined the company as Senior Executive Director.

Prior to this appointment, Mr Purandare was Chairman of Ernst & Young in India. Before that, he was country head of Tax and Regulatory practice of Andersen in India.

"Mr Purandare will be a key member of our core Indian Leadership team and will be based in Mumbai," a PwC press release said.
