Corpn Bank lecture

MANGALORE: National Institute of Technology Karnataka at Surathkal will hold the ninth Corporation Bank endowment lecture on Tuesday in Mangalore..

Dr V.K. Saraswat, Programme Director, Defence Research Development Organisation, Ministry of Defence, Hyderabad, will speak on `Information technology in Defence: Challenges and opportunities'.

The Chairman and Managing Director of Corporation Bank, Mr Cherian Varghese, will preside over the function.

The previous eight lectures were delivered by Mr N. Vittal, Prof U.R. Rao, Mr S.S. Oberoi, Dr K. Kasturirangan, Dr Placid Rodrigues, Dr V. Rajaraman and Dr C.R. Muthukrishnan.
