THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: Home Utsav, a three-day mega property show being organised by ICICI Bank Home Loans, has commenced here.

Announcing this, an ICICI Bank spokesman said here that the Bank had brought top builders of the Capital City to take part in the event. More than 35 projects would be on display at the show. They cover a wide range of price ranges and locations, thus suiting the needs of a wide spectrum of homebuyers.

ICICI Bank has worked out a special rate of 7 per cent as an `adjustable rate' for the loans. Spot sanctions will be made at the show, the spokesman said. Personal accident insurance will also be provided with every sanction.
