NISIET to host 2-day workshop

HYDERABAD: The National Institute of Small Industry Extension Training (NISIET) will host a two-day State level workshop on `Effective service delivery to the people with active participation of non-Governmental organisations (NGOs)' from October 13.

Concerned Government department's as active NGOs from different fields will discuss and identify strategies on issues such as disaster management, farmers suicides, crop diversification, sustainability of Government initiatives such as free power supply, implementation of acts like water, land and tree, mobilising youth into productive works.

The outcome is expected to be a mechanism for Government-NGO partnership and detailed action plans at the district level.
