Canpremium declares dividend of 7.5 per cent

CANBANK Mutual Fund has declared income distribution of 7.50 per cent on the face value of Rs 10 in its Canpremium scheme under the income plan, according to a press release by Canbank Investment Management Services Ltd here.

This income distribution is tax free in the hands of the investors.

The release said that October 21 has been fixed as the record date for the income distribution, and all the units holders whose names appear in the register as on that date are eligible for this income distribution.

Canpremium applicants under fresh investment are eligible for income distribution, if their investments are realised on or before October 21.

It said that the NAV of the scheme is Rs 19.80 (growth plan) and Rs 15.34 (income plan) as on October 7.

After the payout of income distribution, the NAV under income plan will fall to the extent of the payout and distribution tax, the release added.
