VISAKHAPATNAM: Haier Appliances (India) Private Ltd has announced a festival offer, Zindagi Ka Trump, from Dasara to Deepavali. During this period, prizes worth Rs 10 crore - Rs 12 crore will be given to customers.

Mr P. Srinivasa Rao, branch manager of the company, said at a press meet here on Wednesday that the company's products such as washing machines, colour television sets and refrigerators would be launched here later this week.

He said Haier was the second largest home appliances brand in the world and was launched in India eight months ago.

Mr Rao said the company had 75 models of different products and all of them were available in the Indian market. The parent company has a presence in 166 countries, he said.

The company's products will be launched in the north-coastal districts of Srikakulam, Vizianagaram and Visakhapatnam through local dealers.

Dr N.S. Raju of Creative Engineers (the local dealer) urged consumers to make the best use of the festival offer.
