HDFC extends bonanza offer in central and south Kerala

Our Bureau

KOCHI: Following the good response to the home loan bonanza scheme launched in North Kerala, HDFC has launched a similar programme targeted at customers in Central and South Kerala.

The scheme offers everything that a buyer seeks, right from advice on buying property to the best of home finance, a HDFC release said.

The bonanza offer will be available on Saturday and Sunday and would be available at HDFC offices and 31 select sites spread across Palakkad, Thrissur, Ernakulam, Kottayam, Pathanamthitta, Idukki, Alappuzha, Kollam and Thiruvananthapuram districts.

HDFC officers will be present in 38 locations covering major towns and cities across Central and South Kerala during the two days. The special offerings at the bonanza include spot approvals for home loans with processing fee waiver, free counselling on legal issues pertaining to property-related matters, special interest rates for home loans and a wide range of flexible home loan products.

For spot sanction, salaried employees should bring the latest salary slip, while self-employed people should bring last six months' bank statement, balance sheet and IT returns for the last three years. Customers should also bring a cheque leaf to pay administrative fees.
