Pharmaceuticals Unichem net up at Rs 14 cr Our Bureau
Mumbai , Oct. 16 UNICHEM Laboratories Ltd has clocked a 25 per cent growth in net profit to Rs 14.6 crore (from Rs 11.63 crore) for the second quarter ended September 2004. Sales in the quarter under review grew 13.7 per cent at Rs 119.4 crore. Meanwhile, the company said in a communication issued recently that it has discontinued its version of rofecoxib. Sold under the brandname Roff, it contributed less than 3 per cent of the company's turnover, it said.
