PC gaming zone launched in Chennai

THE city -based Top Notch Infotroncis (India) Pvt Ltd has launched Zebronics nZone, a PC gaming zone, at Spencer Plaza.

Mr Rajesh Doshi, Director, Zebronics nZone, said that nZone is a PC gaming station certified by nVIDIA, a California-based $2-billion company, which deals in visual processing solutions. The nZone gaming stations are powered by nVIDIA graphics that are played on LCD monitors, which offer a near-to-reality feel.

The nZone terminal will also be equipped with the XFX make of nVIDIA chipset graphic cards. Currently, there 278 nZones in the world with Zebronics being the first in Asia, Mr Doshi said.

He said the unit here was a pilot project and gaming stations would be set up in other cities too. . The gaming station has seven terminals and has been set up with an investment of about Rs 15 lakh. The cost of gaming for an hour would be about Rs 150.

Zebronics nZone covers an area of 1,000 square feet and is in two levels. It offers about 15 latest games to suit players of different age groups.
