Anti-dumping duty mid-term review

A MID-TERM review of the anti-dumping duty in force on D (-) Para Hydroxy Phenyl Glycine base (PHPG base) imports from the European Union has been initiated by the Designated Authority in the Commerce Ministry.

PHPG base is imported into the country and then converted into PHPG dane salt for the production of amoxycillin (bulk drug). It is also used in the manufacture of cefadroxyl.
