New HP notebooks

NEW DELHI: Hewlett-Packard has launched its digital entertainment series with two new notebooks, Compaq Presario V2036AP Portable and Compaq Presario V2035AP Portable.

"Designed for a student, professional or a family, the Compaq Presario V2000 range is an entertainment companion, which will meet the consumer's growing appetite for digital entertainment," Mr Ravi Swaminathan, Vice-President, Personal Systems Group, HP India Sales Pvt Ltd, said at a conference here.

The products are priced at Rs 69,990 and Rs 54,990 respectively. The laptops enable blue tooth connectivity and are fitted with JBL speakers and a widescreen display. "We are now creating a new market segment ," he said.
