NBFC registration annulled

HYDERABAD: The Reserve Bank of India has announced the cancellation of the registration issued to the Secunderabad-based CHPL Finance Ltd, located in Deepthi Apartments on MG Road, as a non-banking financial institution (NBFC).

In a press release on Thursday, the apex bank said it has under powers conferred by Section 45IA of the Reserve Bank of India Act, 1934, cancelled the registration certificate of the said NBFC.
