COONOOR: The Spices Board has announced its decision to participate in seven international fairs in the first three months of 2005.

It will participate in the International Fancy Food and Confection Show in San Francisco, US, during January 23-25. From February 20-23, it will take part in the Gulf Food 2005, Dubai and from February 24-27 in Biofach 2005 at Nuremberg, Germany.

Between March 8 and 11, it would participate in Foodex 2005 at Tokyo, IFE 2005 in London during March 13-16, Food and Hotel in Seoul (between 16 and 18) and Food Ingredients China in Shanghai (from 17 to 19). The Deputy Director of Publicity has invited interested registered exporters to send samples of their products in attractive packaging. They could also depute their representatives.
