Real estate meet in Bangalore

BANGALORE: Bangalore will host the Executive Development Programme 2004, an event organised by CoreNet Global, the premier association for real estate executives. The two-day event will be held on November 19 and 20. Real estate executives will gather in the city, hosting the event for the first time, A seminar on `Aligning real estate and business strategy' will be held during the conference for the launch of the Masters of Corporate Real Estate (MCR) programme in India.

Mumbai had been the venue for all the CoreNet Global programmes. A leading real estate company, RMZ Corporation, will extend support to the event.

The MCR seminar will discuss the importance of understanding the core drivers and processes of business as the foundation for developing real estate portfolios and workplace strategies. CoreNet Global members manage $1.2 trillion in worldwide corporate assets totalling 700-billion square feet of owned and leased office, industrial and other space. With 7,000 members representing large corporations around the world, it operates in Asia, Australia, Europe, Latin America and North America, including Canada.
