Iridium to expand operations in Kerala

THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: Iridium, the business process outsourcing division of Geosoft Technologies (Trivandrum) Ltd, is launching the phase-two expansion operations at its unit in Technopark here.

Expected to be completed within a two-year-period, these operations will throw up 700 new employment opportunities, according to Mr Pradeep V.S., Managing Director. A six-year-old unit with a 350 staff on rolls, Iridium has catered mainly to the US and UK markets. The expansion work will now include diversification into related areas.
