SSIs invited to trade fairs

Our Bureau

Hyderabad , Oct. 27

THE Small Industries Service Institute (SISI) has invited small scale units in Andhra Pradesh to participate in four upcoming international trade fairs during early 2005

The events are in Birmingham (UK) during February 6-10; Addis Ababa (Ethiopia), February 17-23; Basel (Switzerland), February 18-27 and Panama City (Panama) during March 2-6, 2005 respectively.

Selected small scale units can exhibit their products through the pavilion of the Development Commission (SSI), Ministry of SSI, at the trade fairs free of cost. Which means the SSIs need not bear expenses towards space rent, slipping charges, insurance etc. The SSIs have to send their exhibits to Mumbai at their own expense on being recommended by the Director, SISI, here.
