Macmillan India's new subsidiary

CHENNAI: Macmillan India Ltd is setting up a subsidiary company called MPS Technologies Ltd to offer a range of technology driven services to the publishing industry worldwide.

Mr F. Chandrashekar, Chief Financial Officer, Macmillan India Ltd, said the new company would be located in New Delhi and the investment into the company would be Rs 10 crore initially.
