Sahara challenges StarOne name

Our Bureau

New Delhi , Oct. 27

THE Sahara Group has approached the Delhi High Court challenging Star India's decision of naming its new entertainment channel StarOne.

Sahara contends that the name SaharaOne is an umbrella brand for its entertainment business. It said that it had registered the logo sometime back and had unveiled it last month.

A Star India spokesperson said, "The matter is sub-judice and we are not in a position to comment on the issue."
