Export goals

This is with reference to "How export enclaves can deliver" (Business Line, October 21).

As rightly pointed out in the article, India should try to improve its share in global trade. Also, despite the recent setbacks, India must keep its focus on achieving its target of one per cent of world trade. The country should learn from the Chinese example. China, by setting up free trade zones, has increased its share in global trade dramatically.
