Mango Securities(Hyd) registration cancelled

HYDERABAD: The Reserve Bank of India (RBI) has cancelled the certificate of registration granted to the Hyderabad-based Mango Securities Ltd, whose registered office in Hyderguda, for carrying on the business of a non-banking financial institution (NBFC).

The company has allegedly changed its office to S.R. Complex opposite CCMB near Habsiguda.

In a release on Monday, the RBI said that following cancellation of registration certificate, Mango Securities cannot transact the business of an NBFC.

Under powers conferred by Section 45-IA of the Reserve Bank of India Act, 1934, the RBI can cancel the registration certificate of NBFC, the release said.
