Stock Markets Matrix Labs book closure on Dec 13-16 Our Bureau
Hyderabad , Nov. 1 MATRIX Laboratories Limited (MLL), the Hyderabad-based pharmaceutical major, has informed the stock exchanges that its board at the meeting held on Saturday has approved convening the ensuing annual general meeting (AGM) on December 16. The board has also approved a proposal to fix the period for book closure from December 13 to 16 for the purpose of AGM and payment of dividend.
