Hughes Escorts offers Direcway business courses in AP

HUGHES Escorts Communication Ltd (HECL), a satellite service provider, has announced the launch of its first interactive education offering - the Direcway Global Education platform. This 10-seater interactive classroom in Hyderabad is the first one to be set up in Andhra Pradesh that can be expanded to accommodate more students.

The Hughes Direcway platform offers courses in management education from eight leading management institutes from across India and abroad. These institutes are IIM-Kozhikode, XLRI Jamshedpur, Manipal University, Apollo University (USA), Cornell University, Indian Institute of Foreign Trade, International Management Institute and Nersee Monjee Institute of Management Studies and IIM-Bangalore. Currently, it is delivered in 35 cities.

The President of Hughes Escorts Communications Ltd, Mr Partho Banerjee, in a statement today said: "Working managers and students in Hyderabad will now be able to access Hughes's satellite-based Direcway Global Education platform."
