Term books to provide succour to school kids in Kerala

Thiruvananthapuram , Nov.8

ORIENT Longman has introduced its `Sangam National' series of textbooks in the State.

The 15 books in the series are intended for primary school children studying in classes one to five. Each textbook includes topics from four subjects — English, Mathematics, Science and Social Studies — thus eliminating the need for four separate textbooks, says a company press release.

The series is designed in such a way that one textbook can be used for each term of the school year, the release adds.
