SAARC Rice Expo in Mumbai

MUMBAI: The Maharashtra Chamber of Commerce and Industry and Rice Exporters' Association of Pakistan are organising here a three-day event, SAARC Rice Expo 2004. Participants from all the SAARC countries will be showcasing their products and services.

The expo is being held on the theme — Rice: The Universal Food — to coincide with the International Year of Rice declared by the General Assembly of the United Nations.
