Remedy worse than malady?

A farmer grazing his cow in Munnar. Response from farmers to the `Goraksha scheme' launched by the State Government has been poor so far following deaths of a few animals after vaccination. Hence, out of the target of 85 per cent for vaccination of cattle, only 40 per cent could be achieved.
