MCA cell settled over 6,000 claims in Aug

NEW DELHI: The Investor Protection Cell under the Ministry of Company Affairs settled 6,404 claims during August.

According to an official release, the Regional Benches of the Company Law Board passed orders regarding payment of deposits for 76 applications under the relevant sections of the Companies Act, 1956 and the Reserve Bank of India Act, 1934 during the same period.
