Gati board clears 1:2 rights offer

Hyderabad , Nov. 10

GATI Ltd has informed the stock exchanges that its board of directors at a meeting held last Saturday decided to issue 41,78,250 equity shares of Rs 10 each to the existing shareholders of the company. It will be on a rights basis in a price band of Rs 45 to Rs 54 per equity share in the ratio of one equity share for every two equity shares held by the shareholders as on the record date to be fixed by the company.
