BANGALORE: EMC Corporation has tied up with CMC Ltd, a systems integrator and global provider of IT services, to offer information storage solutions in the domestic market.

As part of this alliance, CMC joins the EMC Velocity Partner Program and through its consulting and systems integration services, CMC will help Indian organisations adopt storage infrastructures using EMC's best-of-breed networked storage platforms, software and services.

EMC could build its presence in vertical industries where CMC has an established presence such as BFSI, transportation, defence, e-governance, shipping and mining, said an EMC press release.
