Regulatory Bodies & Rulings SEBI cancels HSE broker's licence Our Bureau
Hyderabad , Nov. 10 THE Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) has passed an order dated October 28 cancelling the certificate of registration granted to Kodali Securities Pvt Ltd, a member of the Hyderabad Stock Exchange (HSE), with effect from November 18. In an announcement, the market regulator said the order was passed against Kodali Securities for non-maintenance of books of accounts and non-production of the same before the inspecting authorities, non-cooperation with the inspecting authorities, furnishing of false and misleading information to SEBI to avoid inspection.
