Distribution of Excel cards in Thiruvananthapuram circle

THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: The Thiruvananthapuram Telecom District of Bharat Sanchar Nigam has commenced issuing SIM cards to those who have applied for the Excel prepaid cellular mobile connection.

A BSNL spokesman said here that customers in the telecom district who had made the bookings on September 1 and 2 would now be issued the SIM cards.
