Promoter sells 2.18 pc stake in Bhagyanagar Metals

Hyderabad , Nov. 17

MR Narender Surana, the key promoter of the Hyderabad-based Bhagyanagar Metals Ltd, along with other persons acting in concert (PAC), has sold 1,37,080 shares of the company in the market on November 9.

The shares amount to 2.18 per cent of the paid-up capital of the company.

The company informed stock exchanges on Wednesday that the mode of sale was through market.

The shareholding of Mr Narender Surana along with the PAC after the sale stands at 48,59,165 shares, representing 77.09 per cent of the paid-up capital of the company.
