Our Bureau

THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: The Central Industrial Security Force (CISF) will be launching a passenger feedback scheme at the Thiruvananthapuram International Airport from Wednesday to December 8.

An official spokesman said here that the scheme was being launched to gauge the level of expectations of passengers on matters pertaining to security. The CISF will be completing five years of airport security service on February 3, 2005. The feedback forms will be made available to departing passengers during security check and also in the Arrival Hall for incoming passengers.

A lucky draw will be held on February 3, 2005, based on the feedback forms received. It will offer as first prize free tickets for two to any destination covered by Indian Airlines and as second prize, free tickets for two to any destination within the country.
