THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: The Department of Posts has announced that the public can lodge complaints on banking, mail, counter or any other service with the Superintendent of Post Offices of the concerned Postal Division.

An official spokesman said here that complaints could also be registered on the Web site www.indiapost.org. Customer care centre will be open on working days at all Head Post Offices and Divisional Offices.

In case of any suspicion about corruption, customers can directly approach the Assistant Postmaster General (Vigilance), Office of the Chief Postmaster General, Thiruvananthapuram-695033 or on telephone 0471-2302721. Earlier, the department had observed a Vigilance Awareness Week from November 1 to 6, the spokesman added.
