Foreign Relations US Senator visits Bangalore Our Bureau
BANGALORE: The US Senator, Mr Evan Bayh, Chairman of the Democratic Leadership Council, visited the Biocon R&D Centre, the GE Centre and the BPL Mobile Technology Centre. He was in Bangalore as a guest of Mr Rajeev Chandrasekhar, Chairman and CEO of BPL Mobile Group. Senator Bayh is a leader of the New Democratic movement and amongst the most powerful Democratic Senators in the US. Mr Bayh serves on six Senate committees such as International Trade and Finance, Armed Services and the Select Committee on Intelligence, Energy and Natural Resources.
