Malaysia Air to add 5 more flights

MALAYSIA Airlines (MAS) on Tuesday announced the introduction of five additional direct flights from India to Malaysia.

The additional flights, which will start operating from Wednesday, would provide more capacity from Mumbai, Bangalore and Hyderabad.

The airline will now offer a daily flight on the Mumbai-Kuala Lumpur sector up from the current four times a week connection. Similarly, the airline will now operate thrice-a-week on the Bangalore-Kuala Lumpur sector. Besides, it will double the number of flights on the Hyderabad-Kuala Lumpur sector to two weekly flights.

The additional flights will operate till March 31 next year.
